We offer one to one support, advice and guidance. Candidates can spend as much time as they need with our employment Advisers and visit our office as often as they want to in order to seek their ideal employment opportunity.

Candidates may be falling at a number of hurdles, preventing them from getting an interview for a job they think they have all the required skills for. We can assess their application and CV against the job specification and help them identify areas of improvement.

They might be getting job interviews but always getting rejected with no constructive criticism afterwards. We can get that feedback and help candidates with interview skills and confidence issues.

Candidates might not have access to email or telephone, or are unable to write, read or understand the job application. They may have a language barrier and need to improve their communication techniques. We can contact that employer on their behalf.

We offer help to re-write CV’s in a style which the candidate feels is a true representation of their work history and in a way that suits their writing style. A CV is a professional and useful tool to secure employment but at the same time it needs to retain the individuality of the person it belongs to.

There are other barriers that may be an issue such as affording childcare, transport, or requiring skills and qualifications, age, ethnicity, disabilities and much more.

If you have experienced difficulties with any of the above and would like to speak to one of our advisors please contact us
