Prestigious nomination for UP & Working

Following a successful application UP & Working were shortlisted for a Huddersfield Examiner Business Award in the Community Award category, sponsored by Kirklees NHS.

The ceremony took place at the Galpharm Stadium on Thursday 12th November 2009. The awards provided an opportunity to recognise the achievements of firms and individuals making a major contribution to their organisation and the town.   

UP & Working faced tough competition in their category and unfortunately lost out on the night to Ambitions 4 Kirklees, however the nomination is further proof of the hard work UP & Working are doing in the local community to lower unemployment levels and strengthen the economy.
